Arrival and Departure Schedules Check-in: The standard check-in time is set for 3:00 PM. To enhance your arrival experience, please inform us of your estimated time of arrival. If you require early check-in, kindly notify our team in advance. This service is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. If early check-in isn't possible, our concierge team can assist with storing your luggage at the villa before 3:00 PM. Please note: We cannot take responsibility for personal belongings left at the villa prior to the official check-in time. Check-out: Check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you inform us of your departure time the day before to facilitate the process. If you need a later check-out, please contact us in advance. This option is also subject to availability and may involve additional fees. Conduct and Consideration Parties: Large gatherings are not permitted. However, small gatherings may occur with prior approval from the concierge team. Visitors: You may host up to six guests during your stay. Please note that only registered guests may stay overnight at the villa. If you wish to accommodate an additional guest for an overnight stay, please inquire about this option and any associated fees. Noise Consideration: We ask that you be mindful of neighbors and staff. Excessive noise is not allowed after 10:00 PM and may result in a warning, a visit from law enforcement, and possible fines or eviction. Cleaning and Maintenance Exterior Cleaning: The pool and garden will receive cleaning and maintenance twice a week. The assigned individual will access the property from its exterior sides. Basic Cleaning Included: Cleaning service is provided before your arrival (Check-In) and after your departure (Check-Out). Additional bath and pool towels are provided, as well as one extra set of bed linens in each bedroom closet, so you can change them yourself if you wish. You also have access to a washer and dryer during your stay. Additional Cleaning Service: If you require extra cleaning, there is a charge of $50 USD per service, covering a thorough cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Waste and Dishes: Please dispose of trash regularly in the designated areas. The property's garbage collector services the premises three times a week, and guests are responsible for their disposal. Furthermore, all dishes and utensils in the house must be cleaned and maintained. Please wash dishes, glasses, cups, and other utensils and return them to their proper places. Bedding and Towels Towel Usage: Towels are designated for use exclusively within the villa and must not be taken to other areas. Stains from substances like sunscreen, oils, or dyes on towels or sheets may incur additional charges. Furniture Care: Sitting or lying on indoor furniture (couches, chairs, pillows, sheets, etc.) while wearing suntan lotions, oils, creams, or makeup is strictly prohibited. Additionally, please do not use bath towels to wipe off these products, as it may cause permanent staining of fabrics and sheets. Any damage resulting from these actions may lead to extra charges for replacements. Sustainable Resource Consumption Resource Awareness: Taxes on services in Mexico, including water and electricity, are relatively high compared to other states. We encourage our guests to share our commitment to responsible usage. Therefore, we kindly ask that you be mindful of your energy and water consumption. Please turn off lights, electronic devices, and air conditioning when they are not in use. Air Conditioning: Please avoid leaving the air conditioning on when you are not at the villa, as this is essential for reducing our carbon footprint and utilizing natural resources efficiently. Thank you for your cooperation! Damages and Liability Reporting Damage: If you notice or cause any damage during your stay, please report it immediately. Failure to do so may lead to charges for repairs or replacements. Guest Responsibility: The person who made the reservation is responsible for any damages that occur within the villa. This includes furniture, appliances, and all amenities. Guests also hold extended liability for damages caused by any member of their party, visitors, or pets they bring, as authorized by the hosts. Disclaimer: The owners are not liable for any injuries or significant damages resulting from the improper use of the villa or pool. Tobacco Use Policy No Smoking Inside the Villa: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught smoking inside will be fined USD $300 to cover cleaning and deodorizing costs. Designated Smoking Areas: Ashtrays are provided outside for guests who wish to smoke. Exercise Caution with Smoke: Please ensure that sliding doors are closed while smoking to prevent smoke from entering the villa. Burns from Cigarettes or Embers: Any damages caused by cigarette burns or embers will incur repair costs. Regulations for Pool Usage Pool Safety: For safety reasons, running or diving into the pool is strictly forbidden. Children in the Pool: Children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied by an adult while using the pool. Avoid Use Under the Influence: Pool usage is not allowed for individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Maintain Cleanliness of the Pool: Please shower before entering and avoid littering in the pool area, as this can harm the drainage system. Consumption of food or beverages in the pool is strictly prohibited. Pets Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on the property only with prior authorization, and the guest accepts full responsibility. Unregistered Pets: If a guest is found with an unregistered pet, they will be required to leave the property immediately and may incur additional fees. Damage Liability: The guest is liable for any damage caused by their pet and may face extra charges. Children Parental Responsibilities: We welcome families with children; however, parents or guardians are responsible for their safety during their stay. We also ask that you be considerate of the neighbors to avoid disturbances. Adherence to Legal Standards Legal Requirements: The possession of drugs and firearms is strictly prohibited in Mexico. Violations will result in immediate eviction from the premises without a refund for any unused nights. Events and Circumstances Extreme Weather Conditions: In the event of natural disasters or severe weather, the company reserves the right to access the property to prevent or mitigate damage. This may include preparing the villa or installing protective barriers. Safety Eviction: In critical situations, we may request that guests leave the villa for their safety. Guests will receive a refund for any unused days in such cases. Liability and Service Interruption: The company is not responsible for any interruptions in power, water, or Wi-Fi service due to service providers, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control.
