Standard cancellation policies

Standard cancellation policies for short-term stays.

This standard cancellation policy applies to all reservations of 27 consecutive nights or less.

Firm

1. If the guest cancels at least 30 days before check-in, they receive a full refund.
2. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you receive 50% of all nights.
3. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will be charged 100% of all nights.

Cancellation policies for long stays

This cancellation policy applies to long stays, meaning reservations of 28 consecutive nights or more.

Firm

1. If the guest cancels at least 30 days before check-in, they receive a full refund.
2. If they cancel after that period, you will receive 100% of the amount corresponding to the nights the guest has already stayed in your accommodation, plus 30 additional nights.
3. If there are less than 30 nights left on the reservation when the guest cancels, you will be charged 100% of the amount for the remaining nights.
