⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place and the people who take care of it are amazing! We got cancelled at our original Airbnb house and Gary, Brenda and their team came to the rescue cleaning and prepping for our arrival in record time. Room accommodations are very comfortable, common areas are perfect for spending time together and rooftop pool was the best to relax and watch the sunsets!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Na Balam is a very unique and wonderful place. I have never been to a more beautiful, more secluded location with such good accommodation and service. Our group stayed here for a retreat in April and were astounded by the beauty and peace we encountered. This is a wonderful location for reunions, a get away with family or like us a place to reflect and renew as a group. The house staff is incredibly hard working and accommodating and prepared us delicious meals, indeed some of the best ceviche we have ever had, thanks Fran! The hosts Garry and Brenda were very communicative and accommodating. It is worth considering how far this place is from anything but beautiful nature, but if that is what you are looking for this is it, look no further. Thank you Na Balam, we will be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place is amazing! So quiet, so remote. It's just you, the jungle and the waves. This was the perfect vacation for both of us. This is without a doubt the best Airbnb I have ever been to. Also Garry and Brenda are so friendly and welcoming, they made our stay here amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this accommodation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This palapa is a magical place, we had best time at this Airbnb and beach. Brenda and Leonardo helped us by making us transport reservations, airport drop off and boat ride in the reserve. We availed Juan cooking as well and it was yummy. Photos don’t do justice to this place and we would definitely comeback.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing location very private we went at the end of august sargasm was little to none. Housekeeping really helped by cleaning away sargasm if there was any that would make its way to the beach in the morning before stepping on to the sand. Really enjoyed the dogs they had on the property ended up buying them some kibble and treats at the end of my stay for their loyal protection and alarm if they saw something out of the ordinary. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any couple trying to have a private vacation in peace. The host was amazing had to reschedule a few times and we managed to get it all situated with no issues with the original rate. Overall amazing stay! Ps: Definitely recommend an SUV the road to this home is fun and roughly 13km from Tulum.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been eyeing Brenda's place for quite a while! This is my second time to stay in the reserve and first time at Brenda's. It was amazing. Exactly what I was looking for, serenity, gorgeous location and exclusivity. I loved the palapa, the sandy beach and the amenities. The desciption matches her listing perfectly - I wish I could post the amazing views. Fran and Juan, the on property staff, were helpful in getting the AC started, and Fran's cooking was amazing (what is in her mashed potatoes!), her shrimp quesadillas were our favorite. We also opted to have groceries placed prior to arrival which was helpful us and less stressful in not having to stop in town. Brenda and her team also arranged transportation from and to the airport. Amazing communcation! The driver Ruffino, was awesome. The best experience for me was the isolation, just me and the ocean! I'm already planning to return as soon as I can! Thank you for sharing your space and you have a wonderful team!
